Parcel force

No suelo criticar a nadie en mi blog, en casi un ano solo lo he echo una vez con una empresa de servicio de internet en Londres, pero esta vez lo voy a volver a hacer como no con otra empresa de Inglaterra, lo que seria la version inglesa de Correos en Espana.

La cuestion es que cuando deje Londres teniamos muchas cosas que llevarnos, habian sido en mi caso dos anos viviendo en Inglaterra, asi que contratamos a una empresa Parcelforce para que nos enviaran estos paquetes ( Parcel Force International, european and UK parcel collection and delivery services plus UK courier like services.) debido a que envie mi equipo de iluminacion contratamos el servicio de seguro que tienen.

Bueno pues los meses han pasado y despues de mucho esperar y haberlos llamado muchisimas veces enviarles miles de emails y copias de mi seguro nos han perdido un paquete de los tres que enviamos y no nos quieren pagar la imdennizacion ni se han molestado en decirnos donde se perdio el paquete que gracias a dios que no se perdio el paquete con el equipo de iluminacion de fotografia

Asi que si vives en Uk no uses Parcl Force, yo lo hice contratando un seguro extra y aun asi me han perdido el paquete y no me han dado nada a cambio

I sent one parcel with Parcelforce ( International, european and UK parcel collection and delivery services plus UK courier like services. ) and they losted , therefore Parcelforce is a fuck company, I complaint several times and they did not do anything at all

Lo mejor es que si buscais su compania en internet no soy el unico espanol con problemas con Parcel Force www.parcelforce.com/

maybe i’ve been unlucky in trying to contact them at exceptionally busy times, but even so there’s no excuse for the annoying content and lack of continuity in their pre-recorded messages

having waited all day in vain for a non-delivery which i needed urgently, i phoned the Parcelforce extended hours number to try and talk to someone about it – after twenty minutes of listening over fifty times to an ad telling me what a wonderful service they provide to their customers, a new message interrupted the cycle apologising for not being able to connect me and saying that i was being switched to a call centre where i’d be able to speak with someone…

after various clicks & burps, a different ad started up, once more spouting the virtues of Parcel Force – after a while the voice stopped and it was announced that the number i’d been directed to was only available during standard working hours – doh!

and to add injury to insult, all this was on an 0870 number!
